Francesco Ferlenga

Welcome! I am an applied microeconomist with research interests in the fields of Political Economy, Public Finance and Economic History. My research investigates the functioning of electoral institutions and the factors that facilitate cross-group integration in diverse societies. 

I am an Assistant Professor (Serra Hunter Fellow) in the department of Economics and Economic History at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. I am affiliated to the Barcelona Institute of Economics. I was previously a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Warwick. I hold a PhD from Brown University.
